Terms of service
1. The service
Who'll Do ("we") provides a Slack app that picks a member of your team, on demand or on a schedule, and posts the result in Slack, together with this website and the account pages ("the service"). By installing the app or creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping its password safe. One account and its plan can be used with more than one Slack workspace. You must be allowed to install apps in the workspaces you connect.
3. Trial, plans and billing
- New accounts get a 90-day free trial with no card required.
- When the trial ends, scheduled picks pause. Your schedules and settings are kept and resume when you choose a paid plan. Instant picks keep working.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are per team, not per user.
- If a payment fails, the service continues for 15 days while the payment is retried; after that, scheduled picks pause until payment succeeds.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass people, to send spam, to break Slack's terms, or to try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend workspaces or accounts that do.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of what you put into the service. We use it only to run the service, as described in the privacy page.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give paying customers notice and refund unused prepaid time.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and, if you have one, asking us to delete your account. We may end these terms if you break them.
